Data we process: what you provide in the form (name, role, company, corporate email, website) and the technical data needed to handle the request (date, IP address, origin).

Purpose and legal basis: performing the security diagnosis you request and sending you the report (pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request, art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, if you accept, informing you about the remediation service (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR, with the right to object at any time).

How the diagnosis works: we interact with the public chatbot on the given website like any visitor would, with at most 12 spaced messages. If the chatbot shows third-party personal data, it is redacted automatically on the spot and never stored. We do not access internal systems or run tests that degrade the service.

Recipients: we do not share data with third parties. Processors with servers in the European Union (hosting at Hetzner, Germany; AI-assisted evaluation by Mistral AI, France).

Retention: request data and the report are kept for 12 months unless a contract follows.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to hola@77delta.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
